These services have a 4 hour response time and are available 24/7. This service is billed out based on the time and need of response to the emergency. The faster the service is required, the higher the rate; the slower the service required, the lower the rate.

As a proven secure technology provider, Secure Enabled Networks provides its clients with the help they need through its Remote Support Services. Clients have access to qualified technicians outside regular business hours on evenings and weekends. This exclusive service can only be found at Secure Enabled Networks and is available to all of our home user, small business and corporate clients.
